Dutchmen’s Denali Fifth Wheels and Travel Trailers
Manufacturing products since 1988, Dutchmen is now among the bigger names for conventional, toy hauler, and fifth wheel travel trailers in the world. This includes one of their fifth wheel and travel trailer brands, the Denali. Denali trailers are not only one of Dutchmen’s more popular models; it remains a favorite with dealers too.
Dutchmen builds their Denali products with families in mind. The floorplans are designed to provide a family the ability to get the most out of their recreational and outdoor experience. These layouts focus on delivering a roomy living area, food and kitchen prep, and spacious bath and sleeping areas.
The Denali brand has several floorplans for both the fifth wheel units and the travel trailers and each is specifically built for the region where the unit is sold. Some areas offer a few more floorplan options than others, but each one is produced from quality construction materials for the climates and components of the region in which you will use your trailer. All exteriors are constructed with welded aluminum sidewalls, fully insulated and laminated walls, and Gelcoat Filon® fiberglass. The roofs are insulated, made of a one-piece EPDM rubber roof membrane, and 5″ tapered truss roof rafters. The roofs are vented and the floor is insulated with an enclosed underbelly with heat ducted to the tanks. Furthermore, Dutchmen’s Denali is built with a “SuperLite” construction process and materials that makes the units an average of 400-800 pounds lighter than many of its competitors.

The Denali lines would be classified as average to above average in product and price range. Dutchmen has strived to deliver high quality travel trailers and fifth wheels with one of a kind features at an economical price. An example would be the Denali “Super Lounge” slide rooms which are wider than most of Dutchmen’s competitors and features an oversized U-dinette that makes into a 83″ x 43″ bed and an extra-long sofa with an air mattress providing additional sleeping. Some of the other Denali slideout options offer a U-dinette, a pantry/wardrobe slideout, entertainment centers, and/or a 72″ air mattress sofa slideout.
Interior amenities for the Denali travel trailers and fifth wheels include a refrigerator, range with microwave double kitchen sink, TV and entertainment center, baths with a shower, toilet, sink, and lots of overhead cabinets and storage.
