Unbiased Reviews for Sunseeker Motorhomes
Manufacturing Class A and C motorhomes, Forest River builds four Class C coaches and the Sunseeker is one of those models. Already holding a Green Certification level for their Class C motorhomes, Forest River had these units raised to Gold Certification by TRA Certification Inc., due to upgrades. Modifying the types of bathroom faucets they installed, Forest River motorhomes, including the Sunseeker, improved water efficiency by using a low-flow, one-gallon-per-minute bathroom faucet. This makes it possible for owners to use less water for simple tasks like washing hands and brushing teeth. This “Certified Green” label on the Sunseeker will ensure that you have a healthier and more sustainable product.
The Sunseeker has twelve floorplans built on a Ford Chassis engine, one floorplan built on the LE Ford Chassis, and five floorplans built on Chevy Chassis, and one built on a LE Chevy Chassis. Forest River provides a 12 month/12,000 mile basic (limited) warranty, a 3 year/36,000 mile bumper-to-bumper limited chassis warranty, and a 5 year/60,000 limited powertrain warranty on this Class C motorhome.
Two inch laminated Gel-Coat sidewalls and a vacuum bonded aluminum frame provide a durable structure for the Sunseeker. A fiberglass roof, steel backers and block foam insulation are likewise a part of the strong exterior construction. The floor is built with seamless decking, fiberglass bottom board, and 1.5” aluminum framing.
The Sunseeker motor coach has a floor plan unique from other Class C motorhomes; a split level design that delivers maximum headroom in the living space, yet still providing pass-through storage on every floorplan. In addition, the Sunseeker’s are loaded with amenities that are seldom found in coaches averaging around $100,000 in price. One example of these amenities is the large kitchen countertop that has a flip-up extension allowing plenty of prep space. Another feature is the 32-inch, 12-volt DC LED TV over the galley area which provides easy viewing throughout the front of the motorhome.
The 2500TS is one of Forest River’s newest Sunseeker Class C motorhome floorplans. Three slidouts offer extra sleeping room for a queen bed, a U-dinette slide, and a large wardrobe slide. The front overhead area is designed to provide a bunk sleeping space or an optional entertainment area. This is just another example of how the Sunseeker utilizes space and delivers a unique model.
